turkey hot dogs, sliced

10 3/4 ozs
cheddar cheese soup

10 ozs
frozen corn, thawed

1/2 cup
onions, chopped

Topping:

1 cup
water

2 tbsps
margarine
-
1 1/2 cups
mashed potato flakes

1/2 cup
fat-free milk
-
1 whole
egg, slightly beaten

1/4 tsp
salt

2 ozs
cheddar cheese, shredded
Preheat oven to 350. Prepare a 11"x7" casserole dish with cooking spray. In a mixing bowl, combine hot dog slices, soup, corn, and onions. Mix well and spoon into prepared pan; set aside. In a medium saucepan, bring water and margarine to a boil. Remove from heat. Stir in potato flakes and milk. Add egg and salt. Mix well. Spoon over top hot dog mixture in dish. Sprinkle cheese evenly over top. Bake for 40 minutes, or until heated through.
