Batter:

granulated sugar

Topping:

unbleached flour

1/4 cup
granulated sugar

cinnamon

margarine
Preheat oven to 325. Prepare a 9"x13" pan with cooking spray; set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine one cup sugar, olive oil, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix well. Stir in flour, baking powder, and salt. Spread batter evenly into prepared pan. Spread cherry pie filling on top. To prepare topping, combine remaining flour, remaining sugar, cinnamon and margarine in a smaller bowl. Mix until coarse crumbs form. Sprinkle mixture evenly over top batter in pan. Bake for 45 minutes, or until tooothpick inserted in center come out clean.
