chicken breast skinless, cut into pieces

frozen broccoli flowerets, thawed

Parmesan cheese, grated

cheddar cheese, shredded
Preheat oven to 400. Prepare a 9"x13" pan with cooking spray; set aside. In a large skillet, cook chicken pieces and onions until chicken is no longer pink. Add broccoli and heat through. Spread mixture into prepared pan; set aside. In a liquid measure, combine eggs, milk, flour, parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper. Mix until all is combined. Pour over chicken mixture in pan. Sprinkle top evenly with with cheese. Bake for 25 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
