ground chicken breast

chili powder

black pepper

10 ozs
frozen spinach, drained well

salsa

4 ozs
cheddar cheese, shredded

whole wheat tortillas
In a large skillet, cook chicken until no longer pink. Add chili powder and black pepper. Stir in spinach and salsa. Mix well and heat for 15 minutes, or until heated through. Add cheese. Spoon half cup chicken mixture down center of each tortilla. Fold one edge of each tortilla over the filling; this keeps the filling from spilling out. Roll up the burritos.
