Marinara Sauce:

1/2 c
onions, chopped

canned diced tomatoes, undrained

1/4 c
water

1 1/2 ozs
Italian style Spaghetti Sauce Mix

10 ozs
chicken breast cubes, cooked

4 ozs
light sour cream
-
1/4 tsp
salt

8 ozs
rotini pasta, cooked and drained
To prepare sauce, cook onions until tender in a large skillet. Add tomatoes, water, and spaghetti sauce mix. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for ten minutes, or until heated through. Stir in chicken, sour cream, and salt. Mix well and heat through. Serve sauce over cooked pasta.
