mushrooms, chopped fine

In a skillet, cook chicken, mushrooms, and onions until chicken is no longer pink and vegetables are tender. In a small bowl, combine ketchup, tomato paste, brown sugar, balsamic vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, chili powder, ground mustard, salt, and paprika. Mix well. Add to chicken mixture. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and cook ten minutes or until thickened. Yields: 9 - half cup servings.
