Chicken Tacos

Adapted from Taste of Home Meals in Minutes

  • 1 lb chicken breast halves skinless, cubed
  • 1/2 cup onions, chopped
  • 4 ozs green chilies, chopped
  • 1 1/4 ozs taco seasoning mix
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 9 pcs taco shells
  • 4 ozs cheddar cheese, shredded
Chicken Tacos
In a large skillet, cook chicken, onions, and chiles until the chicken is no longer pink. Add taco seasoning mix and salt. Mix well and heat through. Spoon 1/4 cup mixture into each taco shell and sprinkle each with a little cheese.
