cayenne pepper
Place hot dogs onto bottom of a 3 1/2 - quart slow cooker; set aside. In a skillet, cook chicken until no longer pink. Add tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, minced onion, chili powder, dry mustard, garlic powder, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Mix well and heat through. Place chicken mixture over top hot dogs in slow cooker. Cook, covered, on low for three hours, or until hot dogs are cooked through.
