walnuts, chopped

bananas, mashed, 2 bananas

fat-free milk

1 tsp
pure vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 350. Prepare a 9"x5" loaf pan with cooking spray; set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, salt, and walnuts. Mix well. Add eggs, olive oil, bananas, milk, and vanilla extract. Mix until all is moistened. Pour batter evenly into prepared pan. Bake for one hour, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
