Baker's white chocolate baking squares, melted

red and green candies
Preheat oven to 300. Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a large mixing bowl, combine cereal, pretzels, and peanuts; set aside. In a 8-quart saucepan, melt margarine with honey and sugar until the mixture is well combined about two minutes. Stir in cinnamon and vanilla extract. Mix well. Add cereal mixture from the bowl until all is well coated. Spread onto a prepared baking sheet in a single layer. Bake, stirring every 15 minutes for 45 minutes or until lightly toasted. Drizzle melted white chocolates evenly over the snack mix on the baking sheet. Sprinkle with red and green candies. Chill for 30 minutes, or until chocolate is set. Break into pieces. Note: The serving sizes will depend on how big you break into pieces.
