fat-free milk

instant chocolate pudding mix

Cool Whip Free, thawed

chocolate chip cookies, or 27 cookies divided
In a mixing bowl, combine milk and pudding mix. Mix until smooth. Add whipped topping. Place nine cookies onto bottom of a 8" square dish. Spread 1/3 of pudding mixture evenly on top of cookies. Repeat layers twice. Cover and chill for several hours before serving.
