Preheat oven to 350. Prepare a 13" x 9" pan with cooking spray and flour; set aside. To prepare base, combine cake mix, margarine, and one egg in a mixing bowl. Mix until crumbly. Press into prepared pan. Spread pie filling over top. In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, walnuts, and cinnamon. Sprinkle over pie filling in pan. In a small bowl, combine sour cream, remaining egg, and vanilla extract. Spoon evenly over sugar mixture. Bake for 50 minutes, or until golden brown.
