Crust:

1 1/2 cups
low-fat graham cracker crumbs

margarine, melted

granulated sugar

Filling:

16 ozs
fat-free cream cheese, softened

14 ozs
chocolate sweetened condensed milk

3/4 cup
egg whites, slightly beaten

cornstarch
To prepare crust, combine crumbs,1/4 cup margarine, and sugar in a mixing bowl. Press mixture firmly in a 9" springform pan. Chill one hour, or until firm. Or, bake in a 375 oven for ten minutes or until edges are brown. Cool on rack before filling. Preheat oven to 300. To prepare filling, combine cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, egg whites, and cornstarch. Mix well. Pour into crust. Bake for 55 minutes, or until set. Cool and chill until ready to serve.
