egg noodles, coked and drained

onions, chopped

spaghetti sauce mix

low-fat cream of mushroom soup

frozen spinach, thawed and drained

fat-free cottage cheese, divided

fat-free cream cheese, softened

mozzarella cheese, shredded
Prepare a 9"x13" pan with cooking spray; set aside. Cook noodle substitute according to package directions. Place drained noodles in a mixing bowl, with one cup cottage cheese, cream cheese, and one egg. Mix well and set aside. In a large saucepan, cook chicken and onions until chicken is no longer pink. Add spaghetti sauce mix and mix well; set aside. In another bowl, combine spinach, remaining cottage cheese, and remaining eggs. Mix well. Preheat oven to 350. Layer noodle mixture onto bottom of prepared pan. Then, layer spinach mixture and then chicken mixture. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake, covered for 35 minutes, or until heated through.
