turkey ham, cooked and diced

frozen hash browns, thawed

low-fat baking mix

fat-free milk

egg whites, slightly beaten

black pepper
Prepare a 9"x13" pan with cooking spray. Arrange the ham, potatoes, bell peppers, onions, and half the cheese in prepared pan; set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine baking mix, milk, egg whites, salt, and black pepper. Mix well. Pour on top of ingredients in pan. Cover and chill for four hours. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Preheat oven to 375. Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes, or until lighly browned on top.
