Preheat oven to 350. Prepare eight mini tube pans with cooking spray; set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine cake mix, half cup orange juice, eggs, and pumpkin pie spice. Mix until moistened. Spoon two ounces of batter evenly between tube pans. Bake for 20 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pans completely. Meanwhile, to prepare glaze, combine powdered sugar and remaining orange juice in a small bowl. Stir until smooth. Drizzle evenly over cooled cakes.
