ground chicken breast, skinless

dry pasta, cooked

fat-free evaporated milk

chili sauce
In a large skillet, cook chicken and onions until chicken is no longer pink. Drain, if needed. Add cooked pasta, evaporated milk, and chili sauce. Mix well and bring to a boil.
