fat-free cream cheese
Preheat oven to 350. Prepare a jelly roll pan with cooking spray and flour; set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine cake mix, whipped topping mix, pumpkin, sugar, eggs, oil, and pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract. Mix until moistened. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake for 35 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Meanwhile, in a mixing bowl, combine frosting and cream cheese. Mix until smooth. Spread over cooled bars.
