Preheat oven to 375. Prepare a 11"x7" dish with cooking spray. Place cooked pasta onto bottom of dish; set aside. In a large skillet, cook chicken, onions, and bell peppers until chicken is no longer pink. Add mixed vegetables, marinara sauce, and two tablespoons parmesan cheese. Mix well and cook through. Spread over pasta in dish. Sprinkle top evenly with remaining parmesan cheese and mozzarella cheese. Bake for 30 minutes, or until top is lightly browned and crusty.
