Preheat oven to 350. Prepare a 9"x13" pan with cooking spray; set aside. In a large saucepan, cook chicken and onions until chicken is no longer pink. Add spaghetti sauce and heat through; set aside. In a small bowl, combine eggs and parmesan cheese. Add cooked pasta and mix well. Spread half the pasta mixture evenly over bottom of pan. Top with half the cottage cheese, chicken sauce, and mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers once more. Cover and bake for 20 minutes. Uncover, and bake again for 15 minutes, or until cheese has melted.
