Batter:

2 cups
unbleached flour

2 cups
granulated sugar

2 whole
eggs

2 tsps
cinnamon

1 1/2 tsps
baking soda

1 tsp
pure vanilla extract

fresh peaches, mashed

1/3 cup
water

Topping:

1/4 cup
light brown sugar, packed

1/4 cup
walnuts, chopped
Preheat oven to 350. Prepare a 9"x13" pan with cooking spray; set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, eggs, cinnamon, baking soda, vanilla extract, mashed peaches, and water. Mix until all is moistened. Pour batter into prepared pan. In a smaller bowl, combine brown sugar, and nuts. Sprinkle evenly over top batter in pan. Bake for 40 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
