light margarine, softened

vanilla frosting
Preheat oven to 400. Prepare a 8" square pan with cooking spray; set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, molasses, water, honey, margarine, eggs, cinnamon, ginger, baking soda, and salt. Mix well. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake for 25 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. After cake has completely cooled, spread with frosting.
