Crust:

2 cups
low-fat graham cracker crumbs

light margarine

1/4 cup
granulated sugar

2 cups
powdered sugar

2/3 cup
peanut butter

8 ozs
fat-free cream cheese, softened

fat-free milk

12 ozs
Cool Whip Free, thawed

cocktail peanuts, chopped
To prepare crust, combine crumbs, margarine, and granulated sugar in a mixing bowl. Press mixture firmly in a 13" x 9" pan. Chill one hour, or until firm. To prepare filling, combine powdered sugar, peanut butter, and cream cheese. Mix until smooth. Add milk gradually. Fold in whipped topping. Mix well. Spread over crust and sprinkle with peanuts. Freeze for three hours, or until ready to serve.
