Ham & Broccoli Pasta

Adapted from Taste of Home Magazine

  • 16 ozs bow tie pasta
  • 16 ozs frozen broccoli flowerets
  • 16 ozs turkey ham, cooked and cubed
  • 8 ozs chive and onion cream cheese
  • 1/3 cup fat-free milk
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper
In a large saucepan, cook pasta according to package directions. Add frozen broccoli during last five minutes of cooking time. Drain. In the same pan, add cubed ham, cream cheese, milk, salt, and black pepper. Mix well. Cook and stir over medium heat for 15 minutes, or until cream cheese is smooth. Return pasta mixture to pan and mix well.
