frozen hash browns, thawed

egg whites

turkey light meat, skinless, cooked and shredded

salt

garlic powder

black pepper

cheddar cheese, shredded
Preheat oven to 350. Prepare a 11" x7" casserole dish with cooking spray; set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine hash browns, egg whites, turkey, salt, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix well. Place mixture evenly into prepared dish. Sprinkle cheese evenly over top. Bake, uncovered for 40 minutes, or until knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
