elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
In a large saucepan, cook chicken, onions, and garlic until chicken is no longer pink. Transfer mixture to a 3 1/2-quart cooker. Stir in tomatoes, chili powder, salt, oregano, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Mix well and cook on low for two hours. Stir in cooked macaroni. Cook on low again for one hour, or until heated through.
