In a shallow dish, combine crumbs, parmesan cheese, parsley, salt, and garlic powder; set aside. On wax paper, brush a little margarine over each drumstick. Dip each drumstick into the crumb mixture. Arrange in a 8" square glass dish with the bony ends with the bony ends oriented towards the center. Sprinkle with remaining crumb mixture. Cover and microwave on high for ten minutes, turning dish once after five minutes. Turn drumsticks over. Cook on high again for 13 minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink, turning dish once during cooking time.
