Almond Joy candy bars, miniatures
In a mixing bowl, combine margarine, sugars, eggs, water, and vanilla extract. Mix well; set aside. In another mixing bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt. Add to margarine mixture until smooth. Chill dough for two and half hours, or until firm. Shape cookies by enclosing each candy bar into two tablespoons of dough. Preheat oven to 400. Place cookies 2" apart onto unprepared baking sheets. Bake for 12 minutes, or until lightly browned.
