yellow cake mix

olive oil

light sour cream

light brown sugar, packed

pecans, chopped

Glaze:

1 cup
powdered sugar

2 tbsps
fat-free milk

1 tsp
pure vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 350. Prepare a 9"x13"' pan with cooking spray; set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine cake mix, oil, eggs, and sour cream. Mix well. Spread half the mixture into the prepared pan; set aside. In a smaller bowl, combine brown sugar, pecans, and cinnamon. Mix well and sprinkle over the cake batter in the pan. Spread the remaining batter over nut mixture. Bake for 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Meanwhile, in a liquid measure, combine powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract. Prick warm cake with a baking wooden dowel several times over top. Pour the glaze mixture evenly over the cake. Cool before serving.
