lasagna noodles, cooked

onions, chopped

bell peppers, chopped

low-fat spaghetti sauce

mozzarella cheese, shredded
Preheat oven to 400. Prepare a 11"x7" dish with cooking spray; set aside. In a large skillet, cook chicken, onions, and bell peppers until chicken is no longer pink. Add spaghetti sauce. Mix well and heat through. Drain cooked noodles. Spread 1/4 cup sauce mixture onto each noodle. Sprinkle each noodle with some cheese. Gently roll up noodles and place seam side down into prepared pan. Pour remaining sauce mixture over top noodles in dish. Sprinkle remaining cheese evenly over top. Bake for 20 minutes, or until cheese has melted.
