turkey light meat, skinless, cut into pieces

jalapeno peppers, diced and undrained

salsa

fat-free flour tortillas

cheddar cheese, shredded
Preheat oven to 400. Prepare a 9"x 13" pan with cooking spray; set aside. In a skillet, cook turkey, onions, and peppers until vegetables are tender. Add one cup salsa. Mix well. Place 1/4 cup turkey mixture on one side of each tortilla and roll up tightly. Place each filled tortilla seam side down into prepared pan. Pour remaining salsa evenly over top tortillas in pan. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 20 minutes, or until heated through.
