white cake mix

egg

olive oil

lemon peel, grated

fat-free cream cheese, softened

1/3 cup
granulated sugar

lemon juice
Preheat oven to 350. Prepare a 13" x 9" pan with cooking spray; set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine cake mix, one egg, oil, and lemon peel. Mix well. Reserve one cup for crumb mixture. Press remaining mixture evening onto bottom of prepared pan. Bake for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, combine remaining egg, cream cheese, sugar, and lemon juice until smooth. Spread over baked layer. Sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture. Bake for 15 minutes. Cool before cutting into bars.
