yellow mustard

lemon juice

lemon peel, grated

whole wheat rotini pasta, cooked and drained
In a skillet, cook chicken, onions, and celery until the chicken is no longer pink. Cool. In a mixing bowl, combine mustard, olive oil, lemon juice, lemon peel, salt, and black pepper. Mix well. Add chicken mixture and pasta. Mix until all is well coated. Refrigerate several hours before serving.
