Melt both chocolates in a saucepan over low heat until smooth. Set saucepan in a hot water bath to maintain consistency. Dip each pretzel rod halfway into melted chocolate; allowing excess to drip off. Cover each with sprinkles. Place pretzels on waxed paper-lined baking sheet; chill for 30 minutes, or until chocolate has hardened. Place any remaining melted chocolate into mold cavities and chill until chocolate has set.
