In a large saucepan, melt margarine. Add marshmallows until smooth. Stir in pumpkin and pumpkin pie spice. Mix well. Remove from heat to cool. Once cooled stir in whipped topping. Spoon mixture evenly into crust. Chill for five hours, or until pie is set.
