low-fat tortilla chips, coarsely crushed

no-salt-added tomato sauce

fat-free cottage cheese

parmesan cheese, grated

cheddar cheese, shredded
Prepare a 9"x13" pan with cooking spray. Spread five ounces of crushed tortilla chips evenly onto bottom of pan; set aside. In a skillet cook chicken and onions until chicken is no longer pink. Add tomato sauce, salsa, cottage cheese, chili powder, and salt. Mix well. Preheat oven to 375. In a mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, eggs and parmesan cheese. Mix well. Spread half the chicken mixture evenly over chips in pan. Spoon all cottage cheese mixture evenly over meat mixture. Sprinkle remaining crushed chips evenly over top. Spread remaining chicken over top. Sprinkle top with cheese. Bake for 30 minutes, or until heated through.
