ground chicken breast, skinless

onions, chopped

canned green chiles, undrained

low-sodium taco seasoning mix

tomato sauce

hamburger buns
In a large skillet, cook chicken, onions, and chiles until chicken is no longer pink. Stir in taco seasoning mix and tomato sauce. Mix well. Cook for ten minutes, or until heated through.
