ground chicken breast

onions, chopped

canned chili beans, undrained

14 1/2 ozs
canned crushed tomatoes, undrained

no-salt-added tomato paste

1 tbsp
chili powder

1/2 tsp
garlic powder

1/8 tsp
black pepper
In a large glass bowl, microwave chicken and onions on high for five minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink. Break up any large pieces. Add beans, tomatoes, tomato paste, chili powder, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix well. Microwave on high for two minutes longer. Reduce to medium and microwave for ten minutes, or until heated through.
