ground chicken breast

onions, chopped

no-salt-added tomato sauce

chili powder

1/2 tsp
salt

black pepper

low-fat tortilla chips, crushed

cheddar cheese, shredded
In a large glass bowl, add chicken and onions. Microwave on high for three minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink. Drain if needed. Add tomato sauce, chili power, salt, and black pepper. Mix well. Cover and microwave on high again for two minutes, or until heated through. In a glass 8" square dish, layer tortilla chips, chicken mixture, and cheese. Microwave casserole on high for three minutes, or until cheese has melted and casserole is hot.
