fully baked pizza crust

olive oil

fresh spinach, washed and chopped

1/2 tbsp
garlic powder

8 ozs
mushrooms, sliced

1 cup
onions, sliced

1/4 cup
sunflower seeds, toasted

1/2 cup
parmesan cheese, grated
Preheat oven to 450. In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat Cook mushrooms and onions until tender, or for three minutes; set aside. Add remaining olive oil, spinach, and garlic powder. Cook until spinach is wilted, or for two minutes. Lay the spinach in a single layer on top of the crust. Spread the cooked mushrooms and onions over the top. Bake for ten minutes, or until the edges begin to brown. Remove the pizza from the oven, Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and sunflower seeds. Bake for three minutes more, or until the heated through.
