Crust:

1 1/2 cups
low-fat graham cracker crumbs

light margarine

granulated sugar

Filling:

8 ozs
fat-free cream cheese, softened

14 ozs
low fat sweetened condensed milk

1/3 cup
lemon juice

10 ozs
cherry pie filling
To prepare crust, combine crumbs, margarine, and sugar in a mixing bowl. Press mixture firmly in a 9" pie pan. Chill one hour, or until firm. Or, bake in a 375 oven for ten minutes or until edges are brown. Cool on rack before filling. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, and lemon juice. Mix until smooth. Spoon mixture into crust. Top with cherry pie filling. Chill several hours before serving.
