Crust:

low-fat graham cracker crumbs

low-fat chocolate milk

unflavored gelatin

cocoa powder, sifted
To prepare crust, combine crumbs, margarine, and three tablespoons sugar in a mixing bowl. Press mixture firmly in a 9" pie pan. Chill one hour, or until firm. Or, bake in a 375 oven for ten minutes or until edges are brown. Cool on rack before filling. To prepare filling, combine chocolate milk and gelatin in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and cool slightly. Meanwhile, combine cream cheese, remaining sugar, and cocoa power. Mix until smooth. Gradually add chocolate milk mixture. Mix well. Pour filling into crust. Chill for three hours , or until center is firm.
