Crust:

low-fat graham cracker crumbs

orange gelatin powder

fat-free cream cheese, softened

Cool Whip Free, thawed
To prepare crust, combine crumbs, margarine, and sugar in a mixing bowl. Press mixture firmly in a 9" pie pan. Chill one hour, or until firm. Or, bake in a 375 oven for ten minutes or until edges are brown. Cool on rack before filling. Meanwhile, dissolve gelatin into water. To prepare filling, combine gelatin mixture, cream cheese, orange juice, and orange peel. Mix until smooth. Fold in whipped topping. Pour mixture into crust. Refrigerate four hours, or until set.
