frozen mixed vegetables, thawed

turkey light meat, skinless, cooked and cubed

low-fat cream of mushroom soup

fat-free milk

low-fat baking mix

salt
Preheat oven to 400. Prepare a 2-quart casserole dish with cooking spray; set aside. In a large saucepan, combine vegetables, turkey, and salt. Mix well and heat until vegetables are tender. Add soup. Place mixture into prepared pan. In another mixing bowl, combine milk, egg, baking mix, and salt. Mix until moistened. Pour mixture evenly over top turkey mixture in pan. Bake for 30 minutes, or until golden brown on top.
