molasses
Preheat oven to 350. Prepare a 9"x5" loaf pan with cooking spray; set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine wheat flour, pecans, sugar, unbleached flour, baking soda, and salt. Stir in milk and molasses. Mix well. Spread batter into prepared pan. Bake for one hour, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
