no-salt-added tomato sauce

spaghetti sauce mix

angel hair spaghetti, broken in half
In a 2 1/2-quart glass dish, combine chicken, onions, and garlic. Cover and microwave on high for two and half minutes; stirring to crumble chicken. Microwave again for two minutes more, or until chicken is no longer pink. Stir in tomato sauce, water, and spaghetti sauce mix. Mix well. Cover and microwave on high for four minutes. Add spaghetti. Mix well. Cover and cook on high for 14 minutes, or until pasta is done; stirring once during cooking time.
