Glaze:

powdered sugar

Preheat oven to 350. Prepare a 9" x 5" loaf pan with cooking spray; set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine cake mix, 2/3 cup orange juice, half tablespoon orange peel, eggs, and oil. Mix until all is moistened. Pour mixture evenly into loaf pan. Bake for one hour, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Meanwhile to prepare glaze, combine powdered sugar, remaining orange juice, and remaining orange peel in a glass measure. Mix until smooth and drizzling consistency. Once cake is out of the oven, pierce with wooden skewer several times over the top. Pour glaze evenly over top allowing to drizzle down the sides. Let cool.
