                                fat-free cream cheese, softened

                                granulated sugar

                                egg white, slightly beaten

                                2/3 c
                                semisweet chocolate chips

                                18 1/4 ozs
                                orange cake mix
                            
- 
                                1 1/3 c
                                water

                                3 whole
                                eggs, slightly beaten
                            
- 
                                2 tbsps
                                olive oil
                            
- 
                                16 ozs
                                vanilla frosting
                            
 
             
            
Preheat oven to 350. Prepare 32 standard muffin cups with cooking spray and flour; set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, and one egg white. Mix until smooth. Fold in chocolate chips; set aside. In another mixing bowl, combine cake mix, water, eggs, and oil. Mix well. Spoon mixture evenly into prepared cups, filling each 2/3 full. Drop a 3/4 tablespoon of cream cheese mixture into center of batter in each cup. Bake for 20 minutes, or until browned on top.
