Crust:

low-fat graham cracker crumbs

chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed fine

fat-free cream cheese, softened

granulated sugar

pure vanilla extract

Cool Whip Free, thawed
Prepare a 13"x9" pan with cooking spray; set aside. To prepare crust, combine crumbs, margarine, and sugar in a mixing bowl. Press onto bottom of prepared pan. Chill one hour, or until firm. Meanwhile, combine cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl until smooth. Add whipped topping and crushed cookies. Mix well. Spoon evenly onto crust. Cover and chill for eight hours, or until set.
