Crust:

chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed

Cool Whip Free, thawed

fat-free cream cheese, softened

powdered sugar

instant chocolate pudding mix

fat-free milk
To prepare crust, combine crushed cookies and margarine in a mixing bowl. Reserve one cup for topping. Press mixture firmly in a 9"x13" pan. Bake in a 375 oven for ten minutes or until edges are brown. Cool on rack before filling. Meanwhile, combine half the whipped topping, cream cheese, and powdered sugar. Mix until smooth. Spread evenly over baked layer; set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine pudding mix and milk. Pour over cream cheese layer. Spread with remaining whipped topping. Sprinkle top with reserved crumb mixture. Cover and refrigerate several hours before serving.
